Leadership

A development professional with purpose at the core.

Hitesh Goyal brings 15+ years in social-impact consulting, project management and government liaison, specialising in CSR, ESG and the SDGs.

He currently serves as an Advisor to the Government of Goa CSR Authority, where he helped conceptualise and establish the body — building government-corporate partnerships that deliver development projects with transparency and accountability.

As Founder & CEO of SHASVAT, he leads initiatives across education, skill development, women's empowerment, healthcare and environmental conservation — carrying certifications in BRSR and ESG frameworks alongside his IICA CSR & ESG credential.
